About the role Reporting to the Employee Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for to provide administrative support as well as high levels of customer service.
It encompasses front of house support and has a primary purpose to review, implement and support the MinRes’ Induction processes. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, timely and quality service to all customers Ensure compliance of the MinRes Business by working within the MinRes Company Standards Provide ongoing support and guidance on the MinRes Training System Assist in the end-to-end Induction Centre process Continuously improve processes within the induction space for better efficiency Support MinRes through the continuous promotion of Induction Centre initiatives, Employee Rewards and Benefits Maintain a close working relationship with internal stakeholders and provide them with support What you’ll bring to the team Certificate III in Business or higher Valid C Class driver’s licence Ensure attention to detail and professionalism are incorporated into work outputs Able to multi-task and prioritise workload Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively Experience in administration, preferably in the resources industry
