Your responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Centre, encompassing staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees & internal stakeholders
- Working in partnership with our Head of Curriculum to lead a high performing team to strive for and provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff and the community.
- Ensuring a smooth and safe child & family experience
- Nurturing a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration
What you'll bring
- Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's services
- Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
- Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Police Check
