FULL-TIME | SALARY RANGE $90,000 TO $110,000 P.A. PLUS SUPER | ONGOING

The Role:
Industrial ad Employee Relations Advisor is responsible to the HR Manager supporting leaders in Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT) with investigations, performance management, EBA and Policy interpretation.
Key responsibilities:
The Industrial and Employee Relation Advisor will:
• Oversee the management and delivery of HR policies and practices that meet Enterprise Agreement and legislative requirements including attending to FWC and union matters as required.
• Analyse and research a wide range of EMPLOYEE RELATIONS matters to support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of policy and procedure improvements.
• Deal with a range of Industrial AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS matters, including investigations, performance management, mediation process, conflict and grievance resolution, bullying, harassment and breach of standards claim processes and resolutions.
• Provide advice to staff and leaders on the interpretation of the enterprise agreement, modern awards and employment contracts and employment law.
• Support CENT leaders in building a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Assist with generalist HR duties as required.
• Facilitate and manage mediation and restorative justice processes as required.
• Be available to travel in the NT and interstate.
This position will involve working with children. The appointment of the successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with legislation.
