About the role
Reporting into the Team Leader and Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring production requirements are met safely and efficiently by following regulatory standards to maintain a clean, sterile and safe work environment.
This is a permanent position on Night Shift
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure optimum quality by completing correct clean-up and sanitation tasks, ensuring production areas are clean and sterile.
- Pre-production sanitation checks on all contact surfaces
- Basic housekeeping, including cleaning floors, walls, ceiling, air vents of our plant and equipment
- Ensure that quality checks are completed on time.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Chemical handling experience through previous sanitation roles
- Production experience ideally within FMCG, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Knowledge and experience of HACCP, food safety, quality and safety principles
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a safety focus.
