Door Service Technician

Salary: $50 - $75 per hour, depending on experience.

YOU

People will describe you as a reliable, hands-on and methodical individual. You are a confident door service technician or mechanical fitter with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You enjoy working in a small team environment and also value working unsupervised, while practicing safe work practices and protocols. 
You have an eye for detail and can problem solve in a timely manner, and can communicate these issues/solutions to the client. Most of all, you’re keen to take on a range of interesting work and learn more about the industry.

To join us, you will need:

• Trade qualified and/or experience in working with industrial, commercial & mining doors, vertical lifts, shutters, bi-folds, mega doors and rollerdoors
• Driver’s licence
• Have or have ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and order 43 medical
• Efficiency, diligence, punctuality and initiative

White card, EWP Licence, current Working at Heights licence and Rigging licence are advantageous but not essential, should you have other relevant experience, the right personality, desired traits and a willingness to learn. Additional training provided if needed.
