They are looking for a Industrial Electrician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their cutting-edge automation systems. We are seeking an experienced individual to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the state-of-the-art equipment, located just 30 minutes from Brisbane, QLD.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
- Identify and resolve design and process issues, driving continuous improvement
- Prioritize and respond to breakdown service requirements
- Maintain open communication with internal customers
- Participate in repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement projects
- Accurately complete required paperwork on time
- Contribute to the development and execution of maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to create optimal maintenance plans
- Assist in managing production processes and ensuring product quality standards are met
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fully licensed electrician
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment, with a focus on long-term preventive actions
- Knowledge of conveyor systems, robotics, and/or automated storage equipment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement
- A strong awareness of safety protocols and a dedication to maintaining a safe working environment
