Licensed Electrician with an Industrial background - willing and keen to be trained as a Crane Service Technician

Our client is an established company involved in the design, manufacture, maintenance repair and installation of Overhead Travelling Cranes, Jib Cranes, Vacuum Lifters, Chain Hoists, Vehicle Hoists and Vehicle Loading Cranes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out regular routine maintenance of lifting and materials handling equipment
- Provides afterhours breakdown support
- Undertake installation and relocation of lifting equipment at customer’s workplaces.
- To prepare clear and comprehensive service reports documenting the service work undertaken, highlighting any additional repairs required.
- Have the ability to carry out a safety risk assessment and complete JSA, SWMS and Take 5 documentation.
- Develop excellent customer relationships
- Use scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts (as required) to access industrial lifting equipment
Qualifications and Licenses:
- Qualified licensed Electrician / Qualified Electrical Fitter / Qualified Fitter or Boiler Maker (with a Restricted Electrical Licence)
- Current drivers’ licence
- Current High Risk Work Licence
- Working at heights
