Raine & Horne Commercial Bankstown are seeking an energetic and vibrant person with a genuine passion for real-estate to join our team.
The role will be COMMERCIAL PROPERTY management duties of an extremely tidy and easy to manage industrial property portfolio. If desired, an option is available to assist with some leasing of assets which become vacant from within the portfolio. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-TIME OPTIONs available
The successful candidate will have an opportunity for rapid career progression.
Specific duties will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day management of industrial assets
- Manage critical dates (lease options, expiry dates, bonds etc.)
- Dealing with general landlord & tenant enquires
- Implement rental increase
- Requesting public liability insurance from tenants
- Managing annual fire safety statements
- Negotiation of lease renewals
- End of Lease - make good negotiations
- Entering leases
- Ingoing/outgoing property inspection reports
Extensive training for all duties will be provided both internally and externally. Raine & Horne Commercial Corporate office also provides on-going training and further development on a regular basis.
This role is also open to a Residential Property Manager who is looking to progress into Commercial Property Management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Essential to have either Certificate of registration or real estate license.
- Essential 1 + year property management experience (commercial OR residential)
- Professional and immaculate personal presentation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Natural people skills and the ability to build relationships
- An enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the property industry;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- NSW Driver’s License and own car essential
- Must have a proactive and can do attitude
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
