This busy and growing Plumbing Business based in the Hills District has a rare opportunity for a hard working and capable individual to join their busy team in the role of Plumbing Service Manager. This person must come from the plumbing industry and is likely to have experience in a similar role.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling jobs and arranging access, plant and equipment and any other materials required for the job
- Quoting jobs via various methods
- Technical assistance to plumbers
- Sourcing materials and equipment
- Recruitment of plumbers and apprentices
- Employee inductions including WHS Management
- Producing reports
- Managing vehicles are ensuring they are maintained correctly
- Answering customer service and technical enquiries
Key skills and attributes required for this role are:
- Must be a fully licenced plumber
- Proven experience in managing field staff
- Highly organised
- Strong technical ability
- Able to work with contracts and implement them effectively
- Work well and effectively with all level of stakeholders / staff
