AddressQualifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within an industrial setting.
- Valid driver's license and relevant site safety certificates
- Ability to commute within a reasonable distance to Brisbane south and west
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with concrete finishes, structural steel portal frames.
- Hands-on approach to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of successful project execution.
- Assist the Construction Manager in formulating work programs.
- Review weekly project programs with the Construction Manager.
- Ensure compliance with the Project Safety Plan and site safety inductions.
- Ensure all site equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities through regular briefings and checks.
- Ensure subcontractor adherence to contract requirements.
- Manage delivery and quality checks of goods.
- Secure the site and maintain safety measures daily.
Skills and Experiences:
- Extensive experience in Industrial Site management.
- Capable of managing large-scale industrial projects.
- Detail-oriented with hands-on management skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective team and subcontractor management.
Salary:
- Negotiable.
Commencement: Immediate but prepared to wait up to 3 months for the right candidate.
