AddressKey responsibilities include:
- Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
Selection criteria will include:
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
- Track record of delivering commercial projects up to $25m

They are looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. The initial project will be a major commercial refurbishment project in Far North Queensland. Accommodation will be provided, and the expectation will be for the candidate to be based in Cairns throughout the duration of the project, with flights back to Brisbane available every 3/4 weeks.
