About the role
Due to continued growth, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our Minor Works team. This role will see you supervising remediation projects and providing your technical expertise in the early phase of the project. It will be your mission to achieve overall safe management, performance and successful delivery on the specifics of our projects on time and on budget, whilst also exceeding client expectations and maintaining excellent relationships.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support the Project Manager with the development and management of the program.
- Coordinate and oversee all on site activities.
- Encourage, monitor and manage performance of your team.
- Manage quality with the Subcontractors through constructive feedback and support.
- Ensure site procedures, management and activities comply with McNab Safety systems.
We are seeking a driven Site Manager from a remediation/refurbishment background that can comfortably work on projects up to $10M in value.
