As the Brevity Care Industry and Product Specialist, you will possesses a deep understanding of SaaS technologies, business processes, regulatory, governance, and industry best practices, specifically in aged care. This role is crucial in advising on industry requirements and trends, primarily for the Aged Care and HCP sector as well NDIS, to help Brevity develop products that have an excellent product to market requirements fit. You will also assist in marketing and promoting Brevity, driving growth and success in this fast paced and highly competitive SaaS industry.

We are a rapidly growing company, and a team of passionate professionals working to provide the best value possible for those we serve. This role is fully remote with occasional time in the office and can be located anywhere in Australia.

The Brevity Industry and Product Specialist is ultimately an HCP/Aged Care Subject Matter Expert, working in partnership with the product development team to develop and enhance the Brevity Care solution, the marketing and customer success teams to market/promote Brevity, and the sales team to assist with product demonstrations. You will be advising on industry requirements that help Brevity develop a market leading solution and promoting the solution to drive high levels of penetration within the HCP/Aged Care industry. To do this, the primary drivers important to the Brevity strategy are; ‘market presence’ and ‘customer success’.

To be considered for this exciting role you will possess the following; 

• Proven experience within a similar role, with deep experience and relationships in HCP/Aged Care and NDIS.    
• Ability to see the bigger picture, to identify opportunities and to drive initiatives internally with sales, marketing, product and customer success teams to take advantage and build value.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating curiosity for stakeholder goals, challenges and needs. 
• Proactive collaborator and team player. The role works in a matrix model across the business' divisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. 
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement. 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently 
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, you are comfortable at leading and driving initiatives with your colleagues to deliver against the role.    
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, problem solving, and are adept at developing clarity and purpose, developing insights, plans and tactics that create value in both products and services.

The Industry and Product specialist role is a high impact role critical to the development and success of the broader Brevity strategy. As the subject matter expert, you will Lead and Drive the Developer/Market Interface and Product Management functions, working closely with customers and internal teams, researching, consulting, and driving initiatives that feed into;
