Your Role at Selfie Leslie:
Influencer Marketing Guru:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with top Australian and American influencers across various social media platforms.
- Drive impactful partnerships that ensure both brand synergy and campaign success through effective negotiation strategies.
Compelling Storyteller:
- Develop captivating content briefs that resonate with our target audience, showcasing the essence of Selfie Leslie's style and vision.
Strategic Relationship Manager:
- Curate and manage a roster of long-term influencers, focusing on maintaining brand integrity and alignment.
Performance Analyst:
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, leveraging analytics to gauge success and optimize future collaborations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed on the latest marketing and social media trends.
Reporting Extraordinaire:
- Utilize analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for content enhancement and campaign refinement.
Marketing Maven:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on various marketing initiatives, supporting sales campaigns and PR strategies.
- Assist in executing brand events and activations, including influencer engagements and campaign events.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics and insights.
- Enthusiasm for pop culture and a keen eye for the content creator landscape.
