ABOUT THE ROLE:
It is an exciting time to join the Mercy Health as we grow our reach and impact of our Health and Healthy Ageing services.
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, this role will work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to develop, implement and operate security frameworks and technologies to protect Mercy Health’s information systems and assets.
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a proven senior manager with demonstrable success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.
You will hold extensive technical skills and demonstrated competency in -
CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, PCI and similar certifications
Strong knowledge of security controls frameworks and experience developing and maintaining a prioritised security program of works based on the organisation’s risk appetite and threat landscape.
Experience in managing outsourced services with third-party providers
Experience in responding to Cyber Security Incidents
Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess risk in order to develop appropriate remediation
Demonstrated high level project management and change management skills
Ability to provide guidance and advice to drive change/adoption across complex national organization
Tertiary qualifications in ICT or management or a related discipline
