Role
You will be responsible for the sales and customer service of a territory based customer portfolio. The primary responsibility will be to manage this portfolio including all sales enquiries.
To maximise sales opportunities, you must constantly be on the hunt for new business. You will be supported by the senior management team who will be a resource to you to make sure you get your deals over the line.
You will report directly to the state manager who will be a resource to you to assist with any client proposals and strategy to close out new business deals. He will also be a second opinion when needed to guide you on tactics to growing existing accounts. With his direction, you will be tasked with growing market share within your territory, improving current customer satisfaction, increase customer retention, create key hole solutions and develop relationships with the customer to better suit their growing needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build relationships and identify tender opportunities
- Sell vis strategy, specifically designed for dealing with large contracts and enterprise-level clients
- Generate and convert new leads
- Build brand loyalty and maximise revenues
- Developing and maintain structured plans for all key accounts, you will grow these existing accounts too
Skills and experience:
- Extensive understanding of CCTV and Video Management Software
- High level sales approach at Enterprise levels
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Ability to work alone
- Computer literate
- Have the ability to be proactive and flexible in problem solving

Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per annum, with additional superannuation
Achievable commission structure, offering the potential to earn substantially more
