About Aegis
The Aegis Aged Care Group has been providing quality care services to West Australians for 40 years. We are committed to excellence through imagination and innovation and providing a quality life for those who live in our 28 Care Facilities in WA. Aegis is our States' largest Residential Aged Care Provider employing over 3,500 staff.
Our culture of coaching and continuous improvement means not only will you get to work in a challenging and interesting environment, but also within a company that fosters the growth of all employees. While working at Aegis we will provide you with range of benefits including:
- Competitive rates of pay
- Ongoing training and opportunities for development and career growth
- Employee discounts from a number of trusted businesses
- Contributions towards your professional development.
About you
- AD, DC, DNS, GPO, VM, DM, SIP shouldn’t be alphabet soup or total mysteries to you.
- Whilst we are looking for experience, a keen interest in all things IT and a willingness to share knowledge with the other team members and our external partners is just as important.
- Our clients, staff members and the occasional resident from Aegis’ 28 residential aged care residences call or submit tickets into our helpdesk system that need to be handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. Solutions are found remotely, if possible, but also in person on-site in the Perth Metropolitan area and occasionally in our Busselton Facility.
- Ensuring all centrally managed services are kept up to date, secure and running smoothly on our Nutanix clusters is another important part of the job, as is writing well-structured documentation.
- We don’t have rigid position descriptions as tasks can shift amongst all team members so there is a myriad of learning opportunities.
- If on top of all the above, PHP, CSS, HTML, SWIFT, Laravel, SQL or Nginx also mean something to you, even be.
