The Information Technology Trainee is accountable to the IT Systems Leader for the operational effectiveness of Brighton Secondary School’s computer related information systems supporting the administrative and curriculum needs of the school, and for providing support of hardware and software.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) training course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
$15,337 - $39,674 per annum
Note: The salary level will be dependent on the year of schooling completed as well as number of years out of school.

Additional Note
This is a 12-month full-time traineeship, and the trainee will undertake a Certificate III in Information Technology.
