What you'll do:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, your role will be to deliver infrastructure projects for customers, there will be no BAU or administrative tasks. You will sit above the the L2 & L3 Engineer's and go to customers alongside the Architecture team to ensure successful delivery of projects. You will manage project scope throughout its lifecycle, monitor and manage risks, and drive project success ensuring value is perceived by the client. Your ability to facilitate client workshops and project kick-offs will be crucial. You will also participate in presales/scoping activities, contributing to winning projects. Your determination to see all tasks through to the end will ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Partner with Architecture team & Project leaders to ensure project success delivery
- Manage project scope throughout a project

- Drive project success and ensure value is perceived by the client
- Work closely with our sales team and contribute to winning projects

What you bring:
The ideal Infrastructure Engineer (Projects Consultant) candidate brings over three years of experience in project delivery or professional services organisations, preferably MSP. You should have proven abilities in deploying architecture based on Solutions Architect designs and has practical knowledge of project life-cycle methodologies and frameworks.
Your domain/product deployment experience spans across platforms like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Hypervisors - VMware/HyperV, Exchange (OnPrem/Online), Infrastructure (Cloud/OnPrem), Dell product line, Veeam Backup, and Mimecast. You should hold current certifications based on your technical skillset and is an exceptional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3+ Years experience in project delivery or professional services organisations (preferably MSP)
- Proven ability with deploying architecture based on Solutions Architect designs
- Experience in presales activities
- Practical knowledge of project life-cycle methodologies and framework
- Domain/product and deployment experience within following platforms: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Hypervisors - VMware/HyperV, Exchange (OnPrem/Online), Infrastructure (Cloud/OnPrem), Dell product line, Veeam Backup, Mimecast
