An exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced " Infrastructure Risk Analyst " to join our Tech Infrastructure Team. You'll work within and across the Infrastructure tribe, owning risk issues and providing the interface between the infrastructure tribes, first and second line risk. Ideal role for someone with a background in infrastructure and risk.
Joining our Tech Infrastructure team, means opportunity to work across all areas of infrastructure at a rapidly growing digital bank as we transition to a cloud environment
What you'll do ...
Responsible for the assurance on operational, regulatory and compliance risk and security activities undertaken in the first line of defence for the Tech Infrastructure.
Ensure appropriate Tech minimum standards are met before systems go live
Provide support through advice, guidance and assurance & continuous improvement activities.
Support Tech Infrastructure in the identification and management of non-financial risk (operational, regulatory and compliance risks) in line with ING's Risk Appetite Statement, policies and regulatory obligations.
Drive ITRMP compliance across all infrastructure assets and ensure the Tribe remains compliant with all ING policies and procedures
Lead discussions with Area Leads and Asset Owners to remediate risk findings and negotiating risk score evaluations.
Facilitate with the risk governance by identifying control gaps and escalates critical issues to leadership.
What we're looking for....
Experience working within an infrastructure or risk background.
Ability to acquire technical understanding the IT environment, including its architectural direction in context of risk management, in order to be able, provide relevant risk advice.
Proven experience with the application (implementation) of Policies and Procedures.
Ability to influence outcomes by leading conversations with Asset Owners and risk partners.
Knowledge of Banking and relevant External Regulations, processes, procedures and systems.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and geographical lines
Familiar with key risk frameworks like ISO27005
Experience in implementing and managing GRC tool and ability to assess and mitigate IT related risk
Preferred: Having relevant certifications like CRISC or CGEIT.
