Responsibilities: ... Responsibilities: Analyse and report on key trends in collections portfolio performance, with a high focus on risk management. Provide insights on portfolio trends and accurately predicting future delinquencies and bad debt losses. Work closely with business stakeholders to offer timely help with credit risk, late payments, collection strategies, and issues with decision-making systems. Contribute to the strategies for managing risk in collections and recoveries. Participate in business development and risk-related projects. Develop, implement, and track effective credit policies. Make sure these are clearly communicated to business stakeholders. Assist in managing relationships with external parties like Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia, ASIC, and the Privacy Commissioner, as they relate to collections and recoveries. Requirements: Strong SAS, SQL programming and Excel skills are essential. Tableau is highly desirable. Proficient with data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
