About the Role
Risk and Control Advisory which sits within the Operations area of the business, is accountable for group-wide cross-functional supervision of risks within the first line of defence to reduce operational breaches and enhance broader risk culture and mitigate the risk of regulatory intervention.
Key responsibilities:
In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Governance and Reporting as a key member.
- Support the Senior Manager, Governance and Reporting with maintenance of Hollard’s Business.
- Continuity Management program, including ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive Business Continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to identify Business Continuity requirements, run workshops to identify Business Impact Analyses and complete Disaster Risk Assessments.
Your knowledge & experience
- Experience in developing and maintaining Business Continuity Management program.
- Good experience in Business continuity management, crisis management and disaster management are required.
- Must support the team in managing the program by reviewing policy documents, governance and process.
- Work autonomously in complex and diverse scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior.
