What You Will Be Doing
A key member of the People, Workplace Safety & Wellbeing team, the Injury Management Consultant provides cost effective, professional and compassionate injury and workers compensation claims services through providing expert advice and working in collaboration with key stakeholders to influence and drive claims management and effective and timely return to work strategies.
This role is classified as a HS3 under the Health & Allied, Managers & Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Experience in working within and contributing to a team and have a highly developed ability to work autonomously.
• High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to establish priorities to meet conflicting deadlines
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant and related discipline (or working towards).

*Please refer to salary circular ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
