About the role: This position is fast paced, challenging and deeply rewarding. You will be working in a supportive team, assisting our injured workers and their managers throughout the RTW process. You will be responsible for: Enabling our injured workers with education, benefits of services and other rehabilitation and/or vocational support; Ensuring injuries and claims are managed in accordance with the company’s RTW and Injury Management policies; Develop suitable duties in collaboration with our injured worker and their team, facilitating positive RTW outcomes; Liaising regularly with insurers, doctors, and treatment providers via phone to discuss claims and Managing claims outcomes to increase Return to Work and reduce claim costs with the insurer. Skills & Experience: Experience in workers compensation or RTW would be highly regarded; Strong attention to detail and ability to Work well under pressure; A strong sense of accountability with the ability to follow through on tasks; Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels; You thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others; RTW accreditation is desirable, and Knowledge of NSW legislation with exposure to QLD, VIC, SA and WA legislation is also desirable.
