About our role:
With the ability to support multiple technical sectors and a variety of projects, our Document Control team has been pivotal in ensuring smooth delivery for our trusted Clients. Due to exceptional growth and further development, we are looking for an experienced Document Controller who can assist with document flow management, monitor completion performance and deliverables and provide guidance to the technical teams on document control processes.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years document control experience
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience with Aconex or similar EDMS systems is beneficial
- Australian citizenship preferred (required to obtain Baseline security clearance)
- Strong administration, planning and organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
