Our Energy division is seeking an INLEC Resource Estimator to join our well established and highly supportive team. This role will be based in our client's office in the Perth CBD working Monday to Friday and occasionally travelling to site in Karratha.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to move away from the FIFO lifestyle or an INLEC Technician looking for a new challenge. If you have exposure to executing work packs and want to get behind the scenes to start creating them, this role is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Development and coordination of INLEC work packs, resource estimations and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to offshore maintenance requirements.
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
  • Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting activity status (Schedule management).

What you will bring:

  • Electrical and Instrumentation trade qualification and certificates
  • Proven experience within the energy or refinery industries
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • A willingness to travel to site as per operational requirements
