Our client is an innovative digital investment/listing exchange platform for multi-asset classes. The platform is a private trading and investment ecosystem supported by blockchain and AI technologies. The platform’s focus is on Equities, Real Estate, Debt, Investment Funds and other new digital assets.
To empower stakeholders’ services through innovation technology solutions, the client is looking for a Head of Innovation.
This role will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap for to enhance our current platform, prioritizing initiatives based on market potential, feasibility, and alignment with company goals and platform.
- Technology Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of exchange platforms along with new technology platforms such as Crypto, Digital Assets and Blockchain protocols, including AI, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Web3. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and evaluating emerging trends and technologies.
- Business Solutions: Strong mindset in business structuring, processing, execution and delivery with fintech efficient solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Disruption mindset
- Strongly preferred a dynamic and energised person with hands on start-up experience in new emerging technology solutions for business including Crypto exchange, Digital Assets and Blockchain protocols.
- Innovative with business mindset to emerge technologies to simplify the business solution.
- Self-motivated individual with a “can do” business mindset.
- Team player
- Ability to identify trends in the digital assets and fin-tech industries
- Excellent presentation, communication and marketing skills
- Outstanding problem solver
- High level of attention to detail with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to project manage, coordinate others and to prioritise in consultation with the broader team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
