We are a tight team of doughnut & coffee lovers, working together to bring the best combination of delicious doughnuts & coffees to our shop on Bourke St.
Ideal candidates will posses:
- Relevant baking/pastry qualifications
- Minimum 1 years baking/Pastry Chef work in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in doughnuts and experimenting with flavour combinations. We are seeking creative applicants who are willing to think outside the box.
- Proven ability to work quickly and independently.
The role involves:
- Helping with creation and supply of doughnut production for our Bourke st cafe as well as wholesale supply to other cafes.
- Experience with dough based products such as bread and doughnuts will be looked upon favourably.
