Your new role
- Drive customer satisfaction and product/service delivery/new business Sales
- Respond to New Business enquiries from Company Telephone (IVR) system Nation Wide
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Departments to ensure offers are market linked and profitable
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proactively re-sign existing Cleanaway out of contract customers within assigned portfolio
- Ensure existing customer base for all Cleanaway services is secure through effective account management
- Proven experience in a high-volume sales delivery environment
- Target Driven
- Advances sales, business development and negotiation skills
- Good commercial acumen and successful delivery of customer delivery principals
- Conflict resolution and influencing skills
- Experience with Salesforce - highly regarded
