Our client is an industry leader in laboratory instrumentation (analytical testing). They design, manufacture, distribute and support their instruments.
Seeking a full-time Scientific Inside Sales Specialist to join their office in Melbourne, Victoria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in your accounts to ensure year on year growth
- Business development - identifies new sales opportunities and address any concerns
- Collaborate with external sales team to support their efforts in securing new business
- Develop deep understanding of products to communicate to clients
- Provide support to customers for order status, delivery slots or other enquiries
- Work collaboratively with tech support team and provide tech support to customers.
- Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders.
- Bachelor's degree (science discipline required)
- Australian work rights (required)
- Previous sales experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic, goal oriented and willing to learn
- Professional customer service and outstanding communication skills to build strong relationships
- Base salary $70-75k + Super + bonus
- Quarterly bonus incentive
