Insolvency Supervisor/Senior Manager

Our client is a well-established financial services firm specialising in insolvency and restructuring solutions. With a proven track record of success and a dedicated team of professionals, they are committed to providing their clients with expert guidance and support during challenging financial situations. 

We are currently seeking experienced and talented insolvency professionals to join their dynamic team Melbourne. As Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring cases, collaborating with industry experts and contributing to the resolution of complex financial challenges. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases from inception to completion. 
• Conduct investigations, financial analysis, and assessments of insolvent entities. 
• Develop and implement effective strategies for maximizing asset recovery and minimizing losses. 
• Liaise with stakeholders including creditors, debtors, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies. 
• Prepare detailed reports, submissions, and documentation in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. 
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the insolvency process. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field. 
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ARITA, or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insolvency, restructuring, or forensic accounting. 
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Able to manage a small team and portray leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, insolvency software).
