- Dual role/duties across leasing and inspections - depending on the level of experience duties may vary
- Leasing mainly north of the river properties & arranging and conducting home opens
- Advertising listings online
- Process and submit all tenancy applications
- Conduct a manly routines with some finals and pcrs at adhoc times
- Enjoy being out and about, on the road whilst working autonomously
- Must hold a real estate registration & valid driving license
- A team player attitude and accountability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload and dairy
- High attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
