- Director is well-versed in property management so has created an office that they would want to work in
- Experiencing growth & exciting plans for 2024
- Gorgeous team with a collaborative approach
- Full leasing duties working across their latest acquisition portfolio of apartments
- Arrange open homes and private viewings
- Liaise with potential tenants
- Process tenant applications and reference checks
- Liaise and work alongside an experienced team of property managers
- Monday to Friday however 1 x Saturday a month required (time off in lieu during the week) - some flexibility required for private viewings.
- Use of Property Tree & Inspections Express, fully paperless office
- Experience within real estate (PM administration, leasing, assistant property manager or property managers looking to take a step back) would be ideal
- Current PM Registration, or completing
- Drivers license
- Team player attitude & strong work ethic
- Flexible working arrangements + WFH options once up and running
