An exceptional opportunity has now become available for an Inspection Manager to join this business based in their office in the Eastern Suburbs. This is a dream role with LOADS of training and support provided to help you progress into a Property Management role down the track!

The Position
In the role of Inspections Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare ingoing inspection reports
• Conduct routine inspections
• Assist with outgoing inspections
• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Assist the Property Management team

The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Inspections Manager will have:

• NO prior real estate experience required - our client will hire a real keen bean who is ready to work hard!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Must be motivated, passionate and want to pursue a long-term career in property management
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and first-class time management skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
