Full-time position is available for an experienced Property Manager to undertake Bond Inspections. As a Property Manager specializing in bonds, you will be responsible for overseeing the bond management process, including lodgment, claims, and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bond process, including collection, lodgment, claims, and returns.
- Advise landlords and tenants on legal matters related to bonds and tenancy agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting rental properties, bonds, and tribunals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of property management service is delivered.
- Handle disputes and negotiations professionally, aiming for fair and timely resolutions.
