The Role
- Based in our Coffs Harbour office
- Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

- Above Award Wages negotiable based on experience
- Use of Company Car (or Vehicle Allowance if preferred) and Mobile Phone
- Experience Preferred
- Must have a minimum NSW Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) and,
- NSW Drivers License (manual preferred)
- Training and support offered for ongoing growth and development
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- A demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service
- Sound experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Client Information Databases
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently, use initiative and set priorities
- Efficient and capable of working with high level of attention to detail
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal manner and cross-cultural skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, flexible, friendly, empathic, responsible, and reliable
We are looking for someone who is quick thinking, has exceptional time management skills, is resourceful and has a good eye for detail.
You will also need great communication skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to have fun whilst completing the important work we do.
