The Role:

Reporting to the Opertations Manager - Residential Plumbing, we are seeking an InstallationManager who will lead our team of talented installers. As anInstallation Manager, you will work alongside a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to manage staff and exceed customer expectations by ensuring the highest quality plumbing installations, every time. By collaborating closely with install plumbers, warehouse/asset manager, and the service manager, you'll ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard. This role will be based in our Kent Town office, with opportunities for travel to site when needed.

What you will be doing day to day:

• Train install plumbers in building customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

• Set expectations for each installation, including safety and compliance requirements.

• Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan, and results.

• Conduct training to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

• Monitor performance of installation plumbers and provide guidance for improvement.

• Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1’s.

• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favourably.

• Analyse and control job expenses to meet the budget.

About you:

• Must have current PGE license

• Current SA Driver’s license

• White card

• National Police Clearance (required)

• Previous experience in residential plumbing (preferred)

• Previous experience in a supervisor role (preferred)

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, thriving in a goal-driven environment.

• Highly motivated, flexible, and possessing a positive attitude towards life.
