AddressSales and Project Consultant (Quotations)
We are a national company supplying and installing unique artificial grass products across residential, commercial, educational and sporting sectors. Due to continuous growth in our Brisbane operation we are looking for an energetic, sales focused and customer driven team member to join our team.
As we have few positions this position can be on a Full Time / Part Time or casual basis.
The position will required to meet customers face to face in different locations including in our showroom.
What will be your actual job
You will be driving to different locations booked by our sales team for incoming customer leads. You are responsible to understand the customer requirements, recommend and explain the best suitable product/process, measure the area and finally calculate a quote on the spot for all residential customers. Close/convert the lead on the spot when possible or follow the sales pipeline process.
What we are looking for

- Self-discipline with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills face to face and over the phone
- Meet deadlines and KPI's
- Knowledge in landscape projects or construction would be an advantage
- Good arithmetic skills a must (floor area calculations)
Your responsibilities will include
- Visit customers and provide accurate quotes on a daily basis (every second Saturday 9am - 1pm)
- Explain the products, installation process, provide the quote & convert the sale or follow the sales pipeline etc.(Training will be provided)
- Review daily sales, conversion rates and other stats (including KPIs) with the national sales manager
- Provide accurate reports to the managing director on a weekly basis
- Handle general customer queries, complaints and action
- Prepare and check client agreements to ensure contracts are accurate prior to the installation
- Communicate with installation teams & handover the project to the customer/issue the warranty

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the below skills/requirements:
- Minimum of five years of sales experience in a similar role
- Valid driver’s licence
- Working with Children’s check (WWC)
- Police clearance report or willing to provide one
- Positive and friendly personality with ability to work effectively and unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and intermediate knowledge with MS Office & CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software)
- Work efficiently independently and in a team environment
When required be able to provide reference/Police clearance reports
