Your role
You will harness your cultural expertise, professional networks, and project management skills to manage First NationsArts and Culture projects aligned to our strategic goals. Your deep understanding of First Nations culture and sensitivity to the cultural needs of Indigenous communities will be invaluable as you collaborate with artists, community leaders and key stakeholders to bring these projects to life.

What does success look like?
- Delivering First NationsArts and Culture projects aligned to our Corporate Plan
- Working with First Nations and broader Australian arts sector for project opportunities
- Collaborating with stakeholders on project plans to strengthen First NationsArts and Culture
- Evaluating project outcomes with key internal stakeholders
- Engaging with state/territory and local funding agencies to collaborate on projects
What we need from you
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of First Nations culture and protocols
- Highly developed project management skills and demonstrated business management skills
- Established professional networks within the sector
- Highly developed presentation and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required including remote locations
- Current driver's license
