Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:Develop and maintain educational assets to be used by teaching and delivery areas, with the aim of continuously improving the BKI 's reputation for excellence in teaching, learning and service delivery education solutions. Work closely with delivery areas and other team members to deliver quality products within optimal timeframes that reflect the learning needs student and industry.We are excited about you because you have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • 2 years+ experience in product design and development within the Education or similar industry or equivalent
  • Tertiary degree in Instructional Design and/or learning related discipline and/or significant experience in an Instructional Design role within the VET sector (essential)
  • Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Diploma of Vocational Training Design & Development/and or equivalent industry experience (preferred)
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE) (essential)
