Scope fo the role:
Your primary objective will be to create engaging course content that includes to process and systems training. It will be designed as multi-purpose content working just as effectively as e-learning and facilitated training.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning activities by developing compelling course content that holds the attention of the learner via interactive content.
- Create impactful learning materials by curating a variety of elements such as info-graphics, how to videos, and downloadable cheat sheets.
- Develop a full suite of curriculum, broken down into micro-learning, that that captures the end-to-end HR processes and how-to videos suitable for the following audiences: HR/Payroll Team, Managers and Employees.
- face-to-face end-user training.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
- Extensive experience experience in a Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design position ideally with a Cert IV in training & Assessment or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred by not essential;
- Proven experience using learning design tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical way.
- You'll be familiar with modern instructional design principles and have a knack for breaking complex concepts down to micro-learning chunks.
