AddressDue to a backlog & increase in workload our client, a Leading Insulation specialist based in the South-Eastern suburbs is needing to expand their current team & is in need of 12 more installers. They are professional insulation experts dedicated to enhancing your thermal and acoustic comfort while lowering your energy expenditures and carbon footprint. Experience is preferred although they are open to training the right candidates.
Working on a Monday to Friday 6 am- 2 pm basis as an InsulationInstaller you will work both within a team & autonomously to install exceptional, market-leading insulation.

Job Description
- Install/fit different types of insulation to walls, ceilings and floors on all sites; including cards, wraps, panels and other insulating materials including ventilation & light and covers.•
- Comply with all AS3999 Insulation Standards.
- Comply with Electrical Safety Standards.
- Measure and cut different types of insulation from Batts to PIR boards and wraps.
- Fill blower hoppers with insulating materials as required.
- Factory duties as required.
- Carry out all work in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
- Follow site instructions and all OH&S and WorkSafe directives.
- Maintain the presentation of the Company truck, interior and exterior.
- Develop and build teams, encouraging and building mutual trust, respect and cooperation amongst members.
- Supervise/instruct other team members.
- Removal of old insulation, as directed – following safety procedures.
- Ensure House and/or Building Site is clean and safe, during and after the installation.
