This role is responsible for building the strategy narrative and investment proposals for our future network initiatives, site upgrades and new facilities. You'll be seen actively collaborating across the Woolworths Group business to gather the right information and analysis for decision making.In this position, you'll have exposure to a far-reaching set of stakeholders both within eComX and more broadly across Woolworths Group.Key accountabilities of this role include:

• Investigate and define eCom Future Network opportunities: understand current state, potential opportunities/drivers/levers and associated benefits.
• Engage, collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders across Woolworths Group to gather information from their business area.
• Conduct data analysis and leverage data insights to guide and strengthen the case for or against a recommendation or investment.
• Manage the Investment Paper build process for Future Network funding requests including pack build, coordination and collation of inputs.
• Balance inputs from distinct business areas while also injecting strategic perspective to reach a 'bigger picture' recommendations.

What you'll bringTo be successful in this role, you'll have to demonstrate:

• +3 years of experience in a top tier strategy, consulting or corporate strategy team.
• Strategic problem solving and frameworks experience, along with project and change management background.
• Advanced skills in pack building and presentation.
• Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills.
• Experience in Grocery eCom and Agile Frameworks and Ways of Working will be highly valued.
