We’re a small team expanding to meet Canberra’s growing demand for insulation services, with our office and yard based in Mitchell. Our focus is on existing residential homes, and we pride ourselves on high quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Job Details:
- Immediate start
- Casual/permanent part-time and permanent positions available
- Above award wages offered for the right candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform insulation removals and installations as directed by the supervisor
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
- Work effectively with team members to meet project goals
- Maintain accurate records of installations and report to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally.
Preferred by not essential
- EEC (Energy Efficiency Council) Insulation Certification
- Experience in insulation work, preferably in residential settings
- Experience as a labourer
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential)
- White Card, Asbestos Card and Silica Card (essential)
- Working at Heights / Confined Spaces ticket (or ability to obtain)
- Working with Vulnerable People Card (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Hard-working and reliable
