We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor (SA/WA/NT) to join our dynamic team in the Croydon Park office in South Australia.
In this role, you will:
- Champion a safe work culture for all Decon employees and visitors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on HSEQ matters.
- Conduct regular workplace audits and investigate incidents.
- Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HSEQ systems and processes.
To be successful, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEQ.
- Formal OHS Qualifications, Construction White Card & Driver's License.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (Desired)
- Occupational First Aid certificate (Desired)
- Return to Work Coordinator certificate (Desired)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (Desired)
