Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy and mining Division. The role of Insulation Resource Estimator is a Perth based position working out our clients office in Perth CBD. In this role you will be creating work packs using SAP for onshore insultation scopes. Some adhoc offshore travel will be required throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to maintenance requirements
Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
Development and coordination of Insulation work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies
Reporting activity status (Schedule management)

What you will bring:
- Previously insulation execution experience.
- Previous work pack development experience
- Extensive and relevant industry experience.
- Offshore experience is preferable
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
