Our Insurance Team provide high level support to our team of Body Corporate Managers. We are currently on the hunt for a full timeInsurance Administrator to join our existing team based at Glen Osmond.
Working in a small team and reporting to our Insurance Manager, duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Supporting the Strata team with all their insurance needs
- Lodging claims and following them through to completion
- Obtaining insurance quotes and renewals
- Placing insurance cover
- Managing insurance policy renewals
- Actioning insurance queries via email and phone
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Invoicing
- Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders (Body Corporate Managers, Insurers, Brokers, Clients)
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who can engage stakeholders and manage relationships well, someone who can deliver outstanding customer service and can take ownership over tasks and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication, decision making and problem-solving skills are essential. Any knowledge or experience with strata insurance would be held in high regard but is not essential.
