Role – Commercial Insurance Building Supervisor (Major Loss)
Continuing with the growth of their Commercial & Major Loss operation, they are now looking for a building professional to join their Melbourne team.

• Full induction & training across all aspects of the role
• Manage the repair build process on a portfolio of complex, Major Loss & commercial insurance construction repair projects
• Apply fundamental PM principles to ensure the timely completion of projects to budget
• Ensure communication across all stakeholders, maintaining great relationships ensuring ongoing work
• Grow value added relationships with Loss Adjusters & Insurers Representatives
• Support estimators in developing major bids
• Enjoy flexible working home & the office collaborating with the team

Experience

• Either a trade qualified carpenter with great attitude OR Previous experience supervising / project managing building or insurance works
• Commercial experience is desirable but not essential
• Confident using technology & great customer service
• A keen to desire to learn, grow and give your best
