Your New Company:
A billion dollar global organisation with hundreds of employees here in Australia, they're renowned in their industry for being a complete-solutions manufacturer. With a diverse customer base, no day will be the same. Your team is small but energetic, whilst the wider organisation prides itself on its great culture.
Your New Role:
Upon starting, you will be provided with up to 450 warm accounts and existing customers, with the target of up-selling and adding value. You will drive revenue growth by providing a professional, timely and quality service to both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for taking ownership of quotes and enquiries through to completion, and supporting territory managers to drive sales opportunities through relationship management with assigned territory and allocated list of distributors.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience in a similar office-based sales/ customer service role, providing solutions to customers and working to revenue growth targets
Previous solution-based sales experience and account management
Technologically minded with the willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
Previous experience within manufacturing is desirable but not necessary
The ability to commit to a permanent full-time position starting ASAP
