• Proactively assisting the customer needs with their Superannuation enquiries
• Managing and serving customer accounts
• Providing clarify on plans to suit the customers requirements
• Ensuring customer service standards are met
• Ensuring all activities are compliant within industry time frames
• Identify issues/improvements where necessary

What do you need?

• Insurance claims experience - a must
• High level of customer service and communication
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the insurance industry
• Understanding of the claims process
